116 Point Cholesterol Drop! HDL Increase, Triglyceride Decrease,

& a 139 Point LDL Decrease!

On December 12, 2018 Joe Keosseian had a routine blood test. Joe immediately contacted me because he was concerned with the results. His total Cholesterol was 247, LDL was 202, HDL 20, and Triglycerides 114. His doctor wanted to put him on Cholesterol Medication but he didn't want to take any drugs.

We went over a nutrition plan with the one goal of improving his Cholesterol numbers. "Mike had me reduce my starches such as breads, pasta, and cereals, as well as having me stop drinking soda. What surprised me was that we did not touch my fat intake at all."

Joe's next blood test was March 28th, 2019 - just 3.5 months later. Joe was ecstatic when he received the results. "My Cholesterol dropped 116 points to 131! My other numbers were also impressive. My HDL increased to 44, a 24 point increase! My Triglycerides decreased to 90, a 24 point drop, and most impressively my bad Cholesterol, the LDLs, dropped to 63 - a 139 point decrease!

108 Point Cholesterol Drop!

Jorge Rosas' cholesterol was at 280. Jorge tried eating like a vegetarian to lower his cholesterol but it was not working. He thought eating more vegetables and carbs would help lower it, but it didn't. We worked with Jorge and found out that his blood type mandated a different approach. Jorge began eating more steak, whole eggs, and decreased his intake of vegetables & carbs. 6 weeks later his cholesterol reading was 172, an amazing 108 points lower.

Jorge was in good shape to begin with, but wanted to get rid of his aches and pains in his knees. This also improved throughout the 6 week challenge. Today, Jorge is moving better, working out harder than ever, and is much healthier!

Joanne Novak's Amazing 85 Point Cholesterol Drop

Joanne Novak joined our Winter 2017 Body Fat Challenge. Joanne wanted to get healthy and lean. After following the nutrition plan, taking group classes, working with our personal trainers and a nutrition coach, Joanne shocked us when she shared the results of her before and after Cholesterol Test. Joanne not only lowered her cholesterol from 253 to 169, an 84 point drop, but she also lost 16.76 lbs of fat and 9.42% Body Fat.

Meg Wilkens Loses 25 lbs and Drops her Cholesterol 60 points!

Meg Wilkens joined our personal training studio with a goal of losing weight and getting healthy. She began her journey on September 24th, 2016. Meg and her trainer Tiffany approached me at the studio 6 weeks later and informed me that Meg had lost 25 lbs, but more importantly she improved her health.

Meg's doctor wanted her to take cholesterol meds back in September, and her doctor was also concerned about her blood pressure. She discussed it with her doctor and decided not to take meds at that time, and instead hired us to work with her on nutrition and exercise. Six weeks later her cholesterol was 60 points lower and her blood pressure was normal.

Cholesterol down 43 Points & Triglycerides down over 200 Points!

Mike Savin of Toms River contacted me back in June of 2016 to help him lose weight, but more importantly to bring down his cholesterol and Triglycerides. Cholesterol Down 43 Points in Only 5 Weeks!

Over 50 lbs Down! Diabetes and Cholesterol Under Control!

In October of 2013, Mike Colicchio hired me to be his nutrition coach. Mike weighed 268 lbs with Type II Diabetes with High Cholesterol. After about 6 weeks Mike was down 32 lbs and informed me that "I am no longer a diabetic and my cholesterol is under control." Mike also vowed to continue and get to his goal weight of 218lbs. I later received a text from Mike informing me "I weighed 215 this morning. Down over 50 lbs. I bought size 34 Guess jeans today. I was wearing 42 stretch from the big and tall (fat man) store."

Huge Drop in Triglycerides & Total Cholesterol for Joanne Goldfine

Joanne (not pictured) joined our 21 Day Rapid Fat Loss Program, which uses the same Nutrition Plan as our 6-Week Body Fat Challenge. How to Control Cholesterol Without Drugs
