What does the 14 day program entail?

Our fat furnace program is a personalized nutrition and workout plan led by experienced trainers and nutrition counselors. For 2 weeks you will eat to burn fat, work out with a trainer 2-3 times per week and have access to our daily personal training group classes.

What is the nutrition plan?

Our nutrition plan entails attending the Nutrition seminar, following the nutrition manual & recipe book, and communicating daily with your assigned holistic nutrition counselor who will guide you 24/7. You will need to eat whole foods 3-5x per day.

What do I do after the 14 days are up?
