Susan graduated from Boston University in 1982 with a BA in nursing. She has been AFFA certified as a personal trainer since 1997. Susan has worked as a personal trainer over the years at the JCC in Deal, NJ, Work Out World and for the past 4 years here at Mike Duffy’s Personal Training. Susan is a Chek Holistic Lifestyle Coach and also teaches boot camps here at Mike Duffy’s and she is also fluent in Spanish which helps when we need a translator!
