Our trainers’ goals each and every session is to motivate you to train more intensely, push you to feel the specific muscles you want improvement in and to strive to transform your body to look and feel better over time. When this is accomplished safely, our goal has been accomplished.
All Workouts Are By Appointment Only
We offer one-on-one as well as semi-private personal training in 30 and 60 minute sessions. All workouts are by appointment only.
Post Re-hab/Corrective Exercise Specialists
We have a number of personal trainers who have certifications in these areas. These trainers help bridge the gap between leaving Physical Therapy and entering the Gym on your own. Many people re-injure themselves or stop training because of lack of knowledge on how to exercise property after surgery, injury or Physical Therapy.
Our Corrective Exercise Specialists are versed in the use of exercised & modalities to improve
range of motion thereby minimizing or eliminating plan.

We offer one on one or small group Pilates workouts utilizing the reformer and Mat work. Lengthen, strengthen, stretch and form your muscles with this low impact form of training.
There is no “one size fits all” nutrition plan when it comes to healthy eating and we have the proven system that helps to determine what foods are helpful or harmful for each individual client. Our Wholefood approach will get you healthy & lean.
Youth Fitness Conditioning
Our Youth Conditioning Program is geared toward boys and girls ages 7-16 covering age appropriate strength training, stretching, speed, agility, quickness and nutrition. Classes or Individual Training.
Group Fitness Classes
We offer a variety of fun and exciting small group training classes throughout the week to help motivate you to incorporate more cardiovascular exercise into you schedule. Classes are geared toward all levels of fitness, beginners to advanced.
