Can I work out by myself?
Our facility is by appointment only for Personal Training. However, we strongly encourage all our clients to come in and take advantage of using our cardio equipment as frequently as they would like—no appointment necessary.
How do I schedule a personal training session?
Simply call the front deskat the club.
Can I use your Peloton Bike?
Clients can use our Peloton Bike any time during operational hours.Reserving the bike ahead of time will ensure availability. Please note, not all facilities have Peloton Bikes.
Which personal trainer is best for me?
Based on your personal goals we will offer a few experienced personal trainers for you to work with. Our personal trainers have varied backgrounds and specialties to help you with your specific goal. Some clients want to focus on weight loss, some on Pilates and some on athletic training.
Does Personal Training really work?
It certainly does! When you have a set appointment with a personal trainer who specializes in providing results and motivating people to attain their goalsyou will be moresuccessful. Most people join a gym for $10 a month and never go because they don’t have a set appointment to work out and there is nobody there to motivate, coach and teachthem and hold them accountable.
How often should I work out with a personal trainer?
We recommend working with our personal trainers2–3 times per week in order to get results.
I don’t have 2 hours a day 7 days a week to work out so how can I get into shape?
We have many clients who work out with us twice a week and have gotten into great shape and maintained it. You don’t need to be in the gymfor 2 hours a every day.That would be over training and could lead to an injury or burnout. Slow and steady wins the race. You just need to be consistent over time.
What happens if I miss a personal training session?
Life is busy and we understand that you will miss a couple of sessions here and there. As long as you give us a 24 hour notice you will not be charged for the session, and it will remain in your account for future use.
I travel a lot; can I schedule my appointments on a weekly basis?
Many of our clients have a set schedule each week, however,agood portion of our client’s vacation and travel for work.We can accommodate any busy schedule and reschedule appointments when necessary
How long are the personal training sessions?
We offer both 30 minute and 60 minute training sessions.
What are your hours?
We are open by appointment only. We take appointments for personal training between the hours of 5 am and 8 pm Monday –Friday and 7 am–2 pm on weekends. However, if you need an appointment outside of those times we can usually accommodate you.
