I joined the Body Fat Challenge to motivate myself to lose weight. I learned several new weight loss techniques including Intermittent Fasting and modified Keto. These techniques helped me to lose 49 lbs in only 6 weeks! I am a totally different person, happier and more energetic.
I came into this challenge with an injured shoulder and now I have full range of motion and can do exercises I couldn’t perform before.
I would like to add that the online classes were a great addition since I live a half hour away.
