We have a holistic program that encompasses whole food nutrition, certified experienced personal trainers, small group instructors, as well as certified experienced holistic life coaches who guide you through our 21 Day Rapid Fat Loss 2.0 Program.

Tiffeny recently lost 19.5 fat lbs in only 21 days. Tiffeny went on to win our Fall 2018 Body Fat Challenge by dropping a total of 31 fat lbs and 13.77% body fat in 6 weeks. Tiffeny also took home $2,000 for her efforts.

Our next 21 Day Program starts Thursday March 20, 2025. We will be weighing people in, taking body fat measurements, before photos, and filling out paperwork.
Our nutrition plan entails attending the Nutrition seminar, following the nutrition manual & recipe book, and communicating daily with your assigned holistic nutrition counselor who will guide you 24/7. You will need to eat whole
foods 3-5x per day.
The mandatory Nutrition Seminar for the 21 Day Program is Monday, March 17th at 6pm at Mike Duffy's Personal Training's Ocean location. No RSVP necessary.
There are several options but all programs include unlimited group fitness classes for all levels, access to our cardiovascular machines, and 30 or 60 minute personal training sessions.

We provide information on how to eat and exercise once this program is completed whether you continue with us or not.
