1 hour commute each way leads to 50 lb fat loss

Congratulations to the “North Jersey Girls.” Andrea, Barbara and Ilene. They commuted over an hour to our studio 3 times over the past 6 weeks to take part in our nutrition plan. They are saving on gas now that they have collectively dropped over 50 lbs of fat.
